We are a private residence and not a business. Yet we continue to get unsolicited, unwelcome fax-spam from businesses in Auckland. We have asked to be removed from their fax lists, but the companies that supply the the fax numbers to these businesses have failed to remove our number despite numerous requests. Today, while our home phone was diverted to our cellphone someone at 04-4784848 attempted to send us a fax. As a result, we got to pay for the call. And when we receive these unsolicited faxes at home, our fax machine prints them out at our expense. Any assistance you can give in stopping this intrusion of privacy would be appreciated.
