Clearly a computer program that is used to check phone numbers, rings and is set to hang up one you pick up the phone, and records that it is a real number that is being used. Don't know much about this Digipol thing, but it is irritating that someone is using a computer program to check work phone numbers.

Called at 10:38am on 11.05.2011. I called back and line was engaged.

They called me at 1:13 in the morning on business mobile number, I called back the next day at reasonable time and there was no answer, the line was busy.

I received a missed call on my mobile, no message nothing. Tried calling back, but the number stays engaged. What a waste of time for a business owner who has more important things to focus on in Christchurch.
