Long Pause after pick up. Asked right away for someone by name (didn't say "Hello its ___ calling from ___".) When being denied that the person they are asking for is not available they asked if I could deliver a message which was their number and them claiming to be the Bank of New Zealand. I thought the whole phone call was odd and didn't seem to be offical.
