    My answer phone recorded the tail end of a recorded (female) voice saying "...card 15 minutes ago, to a foreign country. To stop or authorise this transaction please press 1." It looks like this has been a problem in the UK and it's now appearing in NZ. The phone number was showing on my caller display and the timestamp matched the timestamp of the message.
